Because we are in that fun in-between time from Christmas to Valentine’s Day, I want to share this super romantic surprise proposal! It’s engagement season after all, and love is in the air! Congrats to all of you newly engaged couples!

On the day of the proposal, my husband Kyle and I drove out to Furrow Farms in Hillsboro, Oregon where we met up with Helen and Anthony for a Christmas tree hunting adventure! Kyle was sure I would ruin the surprise and give it away - because I’m the worst at keeping secrets! Luckily I stayed composed until after the proposal when I could not help but to jump up and down for joy!

Here is how the proposal went down…

After picking out our trees and taking some ADORABLE couples photos, Anthony took out a ring box and got down on his knees to propose. 

The ring box was EMPTY!

Then Helen and Anthony's beloved dog Tofu ran up, with the ring tied to his collar! Anthony popped the question and Helen, of course, said YES! 

It was so much fun to be there to document all of these special moments for them! Special thanks to my hubby Kyle for helping the dog part of this plan go smoothly by attaching the ring to Tofu’s collar!
