Natural + Unposed Newborn Baby Photography

You did it mama, your newborn baby is here and your baby is PERFECT. Babies are naturally beautiful. I don’t pose them in newborn photos because I want to capture those natural, authentic moments. I love photographing the way they stretch their arms, yawn, sleep, or open their eyes to take in the world. I want to give you photos that help you remember those naturally sweet moments when you look back at the newborn season of your child’s life.
I want your baby to be safe during your session and I want you to be relaxed. The safest place for your baby to be is in your arms, not on a posing pillow in an unnatural position. What does this look like during a newborn session? During the session, I will photograph your family cuddling with your baby, as well as document all the little unposed details of being a baby. I guide and direct you on how to pose yourselves and how to hold your baby. For detail shots and solo shots of your baby, I will have you at an arm's length away to soothe your little one when needed.
